Why rope access painting beats scaffolding
For most buildings under 30 storeys, rope access painting is faster and cheaper than scaffolding. The savings come from eliminating the cost of erecting and dismantling scaffold, traffic management, hoarding and the long site duration scaffolded jobs require. - Site inspection and colour consultation - We attend, assess the substrate, and discuss colour schemes if needed.
- Detailed quote - Written quote with scope, paint specification, methodology and inclusions.
- Pre-paint preparation - High pressure cleaning, repairs to damaged render or concrete, scraping and sanding.
- Priming and undercoating - Substrate-appropriate primer and undercoats.
- Top coats - Two or more top coats of premium paint, applied by brush, roller or airless spray as appropriate.
- Final inspection and sign-off - Walk-around with you, snags addressed, site cleaned.
